Q: Why is the whole course not available, immediately? 

A: Some of the courses require a step by step process.  We slow down the release of some courses, because we want to encourage our users to take their time and learn some of the first steps that will be beneficial as they progress throughout the course.  Establishing a strong foundation before progressing helps users get through the courses easier.

Q: How long does it take to get a response if I need help? 

A: We work to get you answers as soon as possible; however, our hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for answering questions.  We do our best to make our courses easy to follow, but if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
